Please read carefully all our financial programs sections procedures, before submission your loan application. When sending request please use our specimen documents formats on our site - Immediately forward your Client's Proposal via email to FCC.
We will immediately register that Client as being referred by you and thus protect your position as the introducing party. - Pease check before sending your Client's application to us.
Client must send Full coordinate of the following docs:
- LOI ( Letter of Intent ) & NCND, Statement agree to pay DD cost / Registration Fee.
- Clients information sheet, (CIS), Copy Passport of Applicant.
- Bank capability letter ( BCL ) / POF ( Proof of Availability of the required Collateral, from Rate A Top Bank Statement ).
- Authorization to Verify of POF.
- Executive summary, Cash flow, business plan.
- Client provide General Conditions agreement.
- Ensure that the application is no more than 7 pages in length.
- To send application Use our documents specimen formats on our web site.
- Upon receipt of the requested documents, we will evaluation / due diligence of the client's application package.
- If your Proposal meet our Lender's/ Investor's Criteria, we will contact you shortly.
